Just did this. My heart is pounding. I couldn’t quite do the lunge jumps at the end, because I was so tired, but it’s something to work to. This is really nice if you don’t have time, or as a quick morning workout to get your body woken up.
- 30 seconds of mountain climbers
- 30 seconds of plank position jumping jacks
- 30 seconds of walking push-ups (3 push-ups each time)
- 30 seconds of squat jumps
- 30 seconds of lunge jumps
Fun.
Oh good God, I’ll die. Putting this up for followers and for future 20 pound less me.
Going to bring this back so I can try it out.

Alternate Leg Raise:
Targets inner thighs.
Lie on your right side, slightly back on your butt. Bend your left leg and place it behind your right leg so that your left foot is flat on the floor and your right leg is straight. Support your head with your right arm. Slowly lift your right leg about 3 to 5 inches and then lower. Repeat 10 times on each side. That’s one set. Gradually work up to 12-inch leg lifts.
